The electric heating tubes are divided into groups and automatically controlled by the electric control box. PLC and system temperature interlock control are adopted. When the exhaust gas temperature is lower than a certain temperature (can be set), the electric heating tubes will automatically turn on the power supply to heat the exhaust gas. When the exhaust gas temperature is higher than a certain temperature (can be set), the electric heating tubes will automatically disconnect group I, group II Multiple or all power supplies to save electric energy and achieve a full operation.

Catalytic combustion reaction is a typical gas-solid catalytic reaction.
